DELIVERY
All items are shipped using either registered post or courier, depending on weight and value. Most orders are delivered next day. However we do not promise this or any time frame. Rarely but it can happen products will be misplaced by our courier,please contact us and we will track it and attempt to deliver again.
PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT SHIP GOODS TO ANYWHERE OTHER THAN IRELAND.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with the product that you purchased, a refund will be given only for any unopened product excluding any shipping charges, and will be given ONLY under the following conditions:
1. Only Unopened Products will be accepted for refunds. Items must be returned via commercial carrier or the post office, at the customers expense, within 30 days from the date of purchase.
2. Customer MUST email info@eggwhites.ie to request a Return Authorisation Number, prior to returning any products.
3. A credit will be given your credit card, a compensation in products or a credit will be given to the existing account. This will be determined before the item is returned.
4. No refunds will be given if the above conditions are not met.

All items purchased from are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
